The EU Rights and Brexit Hub’s principal investigator, Charlotte O’Brien, presenting findings of the Hub including a recent update on frictional injustice, The Charter and the Court of Appeal judgment in AT and findings from some of our case studies.

She spoke on a panel with Nando Sigona (University of Birmingham), Kezia Tobin (the3million) and Ian Robinson (Vialto). The session was chaired by Catherine Barnard (University of Cambridge)
